About Debra Fenn

Debra Fenn, REALTOR® with a strong background in business and a passion for client service, brings a unique perspective to real estate as a valued member of Diane Williams & Associates. Originally from Los Angeles, she studied communications at Lake Forest College in Illinois before launching a successful 20-year career in the fashion industry.

In 1995, Debra co-founded Trio, a women’s clothing boutique she owned and operated with her sister. What began as a single Los Angeles store quickly grew into a thriving brand with expansions to El Paseo in Palm Desert and Crystal Cove in Newport Beach. As co-owner, Debra managed all aspects of the business, from financial operations and customer relations to marketing and brand development. She spearheaded creative advertising campaigns, strategic partnerships, and high-profile events that solidified Trio as a go-to boutique for stylish, high-quality fashion. Under her direction, the company generated nearly $3.5 million in annual sales, earning a loyal clientele in each community.

After two decades in fashion, Debra made a seamless transition into real estate, applying her keen business sense, marketing expertise, and deep knowledge of Palm Desert and Newport Beach to help clients navigate the housing market with confidence. She and her husband welcomed their son, Riley, in the Coachella Valley, and later, their daughter, Haley, after moving to Newport Beach. Now, they enjoy the best of both worlds, splitting their time between these two vibrant communities—just as Debra helps her clients find their own perfect place to call home.
